 What will be required of me?
During the 30 days you are encouraged to workout minimum 3-4 times per week with the workouts included in the program, while tracking your eating and following your nutrition plans.
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, is the challenge still for me?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 5-10 pounds to lose and just want the extra motivation to reach their specific goals.
 What are the workouts like?
